We are a beautiful independent retailer in Montpellier, Cheltenham offering stunning gifts, home interiors & accessories, ladies fashion & accessories and stationery. One location for all things lovely! Our doors opened in December 2010 and have since been nominated for "Best Newcomer" in The Greats Retail Awards. How long will my delivery take?
La de da! quotes 7-10 days for standard delivery. Next day delivery is also available at an extra cost.

Can i have a refund?
La de da! does not operate a refund policy. We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items or provide you with a credit note which will not expire until you find the perfect replacement.

My payment?
All payments are made securely through Paypal, the most preferred way to pay online in the UK. All major credit and debit cards accepted. Paypal account not required.

My item has arrived damaged, help!?
We are so sorry. Please inform La de da! of such issues within 24 hours. Item/s must be returned to La de da! within 5 working days. Once we have received the damages a replacement will be sent out on a next day service along with reimbursement of your postage costs.

My item is out of stock?
This should not happen but if for any reason something you have ordered is currently out of stock we will let you know asap by either phone or email.
