Stock permitting La de da! usually despatches the orders in 48 hours so that our UK customers can expect their goods within seven days. In the unlikely event that a product should be out of stock you will be notified immediately and either be given an estimated due date of when the product is due back into stock or be issued with a refund.

La de da! does not operate a refunds policy however if you are not at all happy with your purchase or gift we are more than happy to issue you with a credit note to spend at your leisure or an exchange for something else.
Please Note: Goods returned are at your own expense. La de da! recommends that you use a recorded delivery service or a courier and keep proof of despatch. As soon as we have received the returned goods we will then issue you with a credit note or replacement.
